I launched MFK Recruitment in 2019 after spotting a gap in the market - recruitment that was becoming too focused on targets and not focused enough on people.

From day one, the mission has been simple: do recruitment properly. Be honest, consultative, responsive, and genuinely care about the outcome for both clients and candidates. That people-first approach has shaped everything we do - and it’s why we’re proud to say that many of our clients have worked with us since launch, and many of the candidates we placed years ago are still thriving in the roles we recruited them into.

At MFK, we believe recruitment should feel like a partnership, not a transaction. We’re here to make hiring (and job moves) straightforward, professional, and human - and to help great people find the right businesses where they can grow and succeed long-term.

When I’m not working, I’m all about family time with my wife Kim and our son Freddie - whether that’s days out, relaxing at home, or just making the most of the little moments.

I’m also a big football fan… and yes, I support Aston Villa (don’t judge me!). You’ll usually find me watching the match, talking football with anyone who’ll listen, and recharging, ready to go again.
