Matt is a rare find, a true and capable 'headhunter', with persuasion, good listening and empathy flowing through him and his character. I was in very capable hands when I last used his services, very professional, and was able to have a series of detailed and un-rushed calls during varying times of the given sales process. Together with great intelligent dialogue, given between myself and his client, where he has an excellent hit rate in placements.Matt is likeable, made me feel comfortable, and an overall strong hit rate over the competition - I can see why. I know he was fighting for me in his corner, during the recent time I worked with Matt, and we managed to achieve success together.
I truly look forward to becoming his client again by way of referrals and/or recommendations. In the nicest possible way, I hope I won't need his specialised services personally, for a long time!! :))
