Salary: £21,000 – £24,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent, full-time

The Role:

The Marketing Assistant position is an entry-level opportunity, perfect for someone looking to launch their career in marketing within a fast-moving consumer industry.

Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager, the Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a wide range of marketing activities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Creating engaging content for brands across digital channels.
• Managing and scheduling social media posts.
• Updating and maintaining marketing decks and materials.
• Supporting the Senior Brand Manager in executing the overall marketing strategy.
• Collaborating with the sales team to help drive business growth.
• Using creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite to design impactful content and assets.
• Assisting with ad-hoc marketing projects and campaigns as needed.

Essential skills & attributes:

• Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Competence in photo and video editing.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• A creative eye and enthusiasm for producing engaging content.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Desirable (nice to have):
• Photography and videography experience.
• Previous experience with consumer or drinks brands.(Desirable)
